Seated offers a generous free tier so you can build and edit a real plan for up to 30 guests before upgrading. Pro unlocks AI seating, exports and mixed table layouts.

Because Pro is a digital product delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once the upgrade has been applied.

If something is genuinely broken or you were charged in error, email hello@seated.life and we'll sort it out.

This policy complies with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 regarding digital content.
