Seated offers a generous free tier so you can try the full AI seating experience before upgrading. We encourage all users to test with up to 30 guests before purchasing Pro.
Because Pro is a digital product delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once the upgrade has been applied.
If something is genuinely broken or you were charged in error, email hello@seated.life and we'll sort it out.
This policy complies with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 regarding digital content.
