Seated is an AI-assisted wedding seating planning tool operated by Sam Jackson, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. By using Seated, you agree to these terms.

2. What Seated Does

Seated helps you plan your wedding seating arrangements using artificial intelligence. Our AI analyses your guest list, preferences, and constraints to generate seating suggestions. These arrangements are suggestions only and are not guaranteed to be suitable for your specific event. You are responsible for reviewing and finalising your seating plan.

3. Pricing

Seated offers a free tier for up to 30 guests. The Pro upgrade is available as a one-time payment of £7.99, which grants lifetime access to all Pro features. We reserve the right to modify features and pricing with reasonable notice to existing users. Any price changes will not affect purchases already made.

4. Limitation of Liability

Seated is a planning tool designed to assist with wedding seating arrangements. We are not liable for any issues that arise at your event as a result of using our suggestions. Our AI-generated arrangements are provided as a starting point, and we strongly recommend reviewing and adjusting them to suit your needs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seated and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Seated.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that are used in an abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful manner. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking such action, except where immediate action is required.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Seated shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
